I am an Architectural Designer with over two decades of professional experience in the field of residential architecture. My designs are tailored to clients needs and desires. I do this through thoughtful interaction of ideas, challenging my own perconceptions, and thinking creatively about the way the project can manifest.
A complete design considers functionality, color and texture, lighting, aesthetics, and most importantly it should withstand the test of time. Over the years I have designed a number of custom and spec homes. These days my specialty is Kitchen & Bathroom Remodels.

What is a 3D Rendering?
In a nutshell, 3D Renderings are photorealistic images generated from 3D computer models. My drafting software builds an virtual model of the architeccture of your space as part of the design process. This allows you to visualize what the design will look like including realistic colors, textures and lighting. That said, they are an artistic representation of the finished design and not intended to be an exact interpretation.

1. Give me a call!
It all starts with a phone call. We will discuss your project in detail to see if our services are a good fit. If so, we will schedule a time for an In-Home Consultation.
If I am in a meeting I will call you back withing 24-48 hours.
2. In-Home Consulatation
I will visit your home and gather more information and specifics about the dream remodel you are looking for. We will discuss at length what you are looking for from a functional perspective to aesthetics. I will also do my best to address any concerns you might have and send you an cost estimate & contract within 48 to 72 hours.
3. Start Designing your Dream Remodel
I will conduct an as-built measure where I will accurately measure and document all of the required information for your project. With that I will begin designing several concepts that accomplish your goals. We will review each concept in detail and make changes as necessary until we land on a design you are stoked about.
